Fins to the left ! Fins to the Right! Jimmy Buffett was in Daytona Beach Tonight ! Actually this was 4th quarter last year. It's awesome to see the Mayor of Margaritaville right here in Daytona Beach checking out his latest investment called Latitude Margaritaville.

Designed to be the first of it's kind, an idea that all stemmed from a song from the 70's. Latitude Margaritaville is a 55 and older active adult lifestyle community projected to have 6900 homes with a private beach club, amazing outdoor tropical spaces, pools, stages, shoppes and restaurants. Also planned is a private beach club with every day shuttle service.
